• What are the requirements for using Online Check-In? 
  – Check-In 3 to 24 hours before schedule time of departure if you have an electronic ticket.
  – You are not a passenger requiring special assistance (e.g. unaccompanied minor, passenger traveling on wheelchair, visual and hearing impairment, passenger with medical conditions, expectant mothers).
   
• Can I use online Check-In even if I have bags to check-in? 
  Yes, but you have to drop your bags at PAL Express check-in counter atleast 45 minutes before schduled time of departure.
   
• Can I change/select my seat with online check-in? 
  Yes.
   
• If I plan to check-in at the airport, how much time do I allot? 
  Check-in counters opens 2 hours before scheduled time of departure and closes 45 minutes before scheduled time of departure.
  
  Boarding starts at 30 minutes before scheduled time of departure and closes 10 minutes before scheduled time of departure.
